Caleb laughs and said, “Oh, that’s fine then!” He smiled at her and walked out the door, taking out his camera and taking pictures of bikers and taxis. “Yeah, I work for the newspaper, Soph. I love taking pictures.” He said, facing toward her and took a picture of Sophie, making sure she didn’t notice. “It’s not that much money, but I love it.”
Sophie look at caleb while his taking picture and sees how much he enjoys taking pictures “When did you realize you like talking pictures? And what newspaper do you work for?”
Caleb looks at his camera and realizes that one of the pictures are blurry. “Uhm, when I was…16. I wanted to be a photographer when I started a little photography store and no one came to get their pictures taken, so I closed it down. And, now I work for the newspaper.” He said, smiling a bit and cleaned his frame. “T-The Daily Bugle, Sophie.”
Sophie looked at Caleb with sad eyes ” I’m sorry your store for closed down but I’m sure that if you make a name for yourself and open it again people will for sure come” Sophie thinks as to why that newspaper name sounded so familiar “well how have you been working there?”
Caleb looks at Sophie for a minute. “I-I wasn’t planning to re-open it, Soph. I’m happy at the Daily Bugle.” He said, putting his camera away and hailing a taxi. “I-I’ve been working there for a few years, now. It’s quite fun, but it gets boring.” He said, chuckling.
“oh we’ll at least your happy there” Sophie kisses Caleb on the cheek ” as long as your happy I’m happy”
“Thank you, my love. I’m happy where I am and I don’t wanna leave it.” He said, placing a hand on Sophie’s cheek and kissing her lips softly. “It’s glad to know that someone’s by your side.”
Sophie looks at Caleb and smiles “well I’m happy to be by your side” As a taxi pulls up and Sophie slides in, she ask Caleb where he lives.
